Players take control of the Norse god 'Baldur' in this game set in a high-tech, futuristic rendition of classical Norse Mythology. The story has been changed a little, but players are tasted with increasing their skills and strength while fighting off the mechanically enhanced Norse Gods, the evil enemy machines, and the humans who attempt to stop them at every turn. The game's title is a nod at Baldur's state, seeing as he is the least mechanically enhanced of all the Norse Gods, and is their last hope. The game was wrought with problems upon release, but still did decently and a sequel is being planned.
