Ogre Battle 64 OST

Platform: Nintendo 64

Ogre Battle: Person of Lordly Caliber, called Oga Batoru Rokujuyon Person of Lordly Caliber in Japan, is a direct sequel to the critically acclaimed Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen developed by Quest and published by Atlus for the Nintendo 64. Like its predecessor, Ogre Battle 64 is an RPG with a mix of real time strategy and traditional console RPG elements. The game's plot follows Magnus Gallant, a new graduate of the Ischka Military Academy and a captain in the military who fights against his country in a civil war. The game was considered unique at the time as it was one of the first and only RPGs to be released for the Nintendo 64 console. Like its predecessor, only a limited number of copies were every shipped in North America, which made the game a commercial failure, but the game remained a hit with game reviewers, as the title earned itself an impressive 85% from GameRankings. Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber was released in Japan on July 14th, 1999 and in North America on October 7th, 2000.
