Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete, called Rune Tsu Etanaru Buru in Japan, is a console RPG developed by Game Arts and Vanguard Works originally released for the Sega Saturn and later re-released for the Playstation. Lunar 2 takes place approximately 1,000 years after the events of the first game, Lunar: Silver Star Story. The premise of the game also remains largely the same; Lunar, a populated moon that circles the planet The Blue Star, is threatened by Zophar, the God of Evil. The game's protagonist is a teenage achaeologist named Hiro and his dragon companion Ruby. When the game was re-made for the Playstation, both the visuals and sound were completely redesigned for the newer Playstation console. Lunar 2: Eternal Blue was well received as it earned a score of 82.94% from GameRankings. The game's soundtrack is also well worth checking out, as it was composed by Noriyuki Iwadare and has some wonderful tunes.
