Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong’s Double Trouble Original Soundtrack OST
Platforms: Super Nintendo (SNES)
Once again, the tried-and-true method of making a Donkey Kong game is apparent. Players take control of Dixie Kong or Kiddy Kong, and must make their way through levels that have a 'horror' and 'mechanical' feel to them. This time, King K. Rool is referring to himself as Baron Von K. Roolenstein, and is a self-styled 'mad scientist', using a robotic kremlin named 'KAOS' to do his bidding. Players must once again make their way through levels collecting bananas and coins, using animal allies to help them defeat the Kremlins, and eventually save Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong. The game did relatively well, earning an 85% rating across multiple video game ranking websites.
