Wild Arms 3 is a Western steampunk console role-playing game published by sony and developed by Media Vision for the Sony Playstation 2 in 2002. The game takes place on the deseric planet of Filgaia, with seas of sand left over from a devastating war that crippled the world. Four adventurers, the guardians of the world, find themselves blessed with the power of the planets spiritual protectors. Along there travel to save the planet from its prophesied but unknown doom they encounter a trio of fanatical scientists called The Prophets, and the "Demons" of Filgaian legend. Among all the havoc they slowly unravel the startling mysteries about their world's true history, and their personal connections to it.
